The dispute between the import and domestic hardware accessories

Hardware is a very important part of modern furniture. Although it is small, it can determine the function and service life of furniture to a certain extent. Now the price difference between imported hardware accessories and domestic hardware accessories on the market is huge, and the use effect also has a certain gap.
So, consumers as non-professionals, how to protect their own interests? Experts suggest that consumers can judge whether the hardware is true through the following three methods: it is "imported". (Take the hinge as an example ~)
1. imported hinges are generally 20% to 30% heavier than domestic hinges due to their exquisite materials, and their surface plating is fine and smooth. In addition, the edge of the imported hinge spring is smooth and regular, and the high-quality hinge is specially equipped with nylon protection device. However, many domestic hinge spring edges are not polished and have burrs.
2. imported hinge spring lubricating oil uses light yellow or Milky White lubricating oil, which has a long service life. However, most of the domestic products use cheap lubricating oil in black, yellow or pure white color, and the oil dries easily. When it is hot, the viscosity of lubricating oil is very low. After holding the hinge, you can feel that you have grabbed a hand of oil.
The opening and closing of 3. imported hinges is relatively light. Domestic hinges are generally harder. The adjustment screws of the two imported hinges are closely matched. Only a screwdriver can be used for the first time. However, the adjustment screws of many domestic hinges are not tightly matched and can be rotated by hand.
