Aluminum alloy stamping parts have the characteristics of low density, good electrical and thermal conductivity, and good corrosion resistance. Aluminum alloy surface treatment can meet the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, decoration or other special functional requirements of the product. The commonly used surface treatment of aluminum alloy includes spraying, baking paint, electroplating, anodizing, infiltration, oil spraying and sandblasting.
1. Spraying: It is to use pressure or electrostatic force to attach paint or powder to the surface of the workpiece, so that the workpiece has anti-corrosion and appearance decoration.
2. Baking paint: primer and topcoat are applied to the substrate, and each time the paint is applied, it is sent to a dust-free constant temperature baking room for baking.
3. Plating: the use of electrolysis to make the metal or other material parts of the surface attached to a layer of metal film process. It can prevent corrosion, improve wear resistance, electrical conductivity, light reflection and improve appearance.
